thank you so much for the overwhelming feedback to my last posting. It was so much pleasure to read all your unique thoughts + feelings about the missing eyebrow look.

Maybe some of you can remember my posting from March “On my wishlist: Studded Booties by Isabel Marant FW09″ when I fell in love with the Isabel Marant FW09 studded suede booties, which have been worn already in MARCH(!) by fashion editor of Paris Vogue and fashion icon Emmanuelle Alt (ooooh, you happy chic). Since Isabel Marant SHOES are not available in Germany yet it’s quite a battle to find them ;) But I’ve found out a sales agent who is organizing them for me (oooh happy lucky me…. Emma, you would call me a lucky bastard again here… LOL!)

As some of you are knowing me a little bit better – - I’m not able to hide my obsession for buckle and studded boots and shoes and accessoiries any longer…. The red suede buckle hotties uuuhm booties by BALMAIN are also on the wishlist… And they’re the ONLY thing I’m lusting for out from the FW09 BALMAIN collection….
Since I’ve destroyed my almost six year old Margiela thin silk fully ripped sweater I’m very attracted to replace it by some black knitted and crocheted dresses and tops, here are some really cute dresses I’ve found at Topshop…. Which one should I purchase – for which one should I go?

Ordered it one month ago, I wasn’t sure about the colors, just spoke to the sales guy of my trust (lol) at Louis Vuitton about what colors they’re expecting and I had no imagination about it at all…
But it was love on the first sight – this one is my favorite apart from my black one.
The color is sooooooooo YUMMY!!
Then I was so happy to stumble into the ZARA store when they were unpacking the latest order…
So these studded suede beauties are belonging to me now ;) Usually my size is immediately sold out (call me Sasquatch).
At least I did a few snapshots for another project, so here is a little insight of my shoe collection.
A bunch of my jeweled Giuseppe Zanotti flats are missing here, but I will add the pictures to a later posting, promised!

(Blog answer) Hi ;) My weekend was awesome. We met up with a couple of friends, ate tons of delicious food, laughed most of the time, and watched 2 horror movies (well, I only watched half of the first one, because since it was so scary – I covered my eyes more than I watched…).
I always smile when I see Swedish models making it in the fashion business ^^,
I’ve just found your blog and I have to say it’s brilliant! Your shoe collection (at least this part for sure) is amazing: some classy pairs by Manolo, pair for the summer by Zanotti and Prada and the Balmain-like Zaras look cool as well!

Gorgeous. I love those Balmain red boots & Sienna Miller could look glamorous in a paper bag as far as I’m concerned.
The Balmain red buckle boots are GORGEOUS!!!! I want them so badly! They’re perfect especially as red is my fave color! They are officially on my wish list as well…. how wonderful would they be to wear in the fall!!!!??! Wonderful shoe choices :)
Are they both from Topshop? What a tough choice, they look alike, and probably will cost much or less the same as its twin.. mmm .. since “both” option is totally a no-no (who would want a similar dress in one closet, so similar everyone thinks you’re wearing the same one?) ..I think I”ll go with the right, because I love black, but that’s just me.

Dearest Sofie – I just wanted to tell you I just got back from visiting Le Bon Marche here in Paris, and I saw those Isabel Marant studded booties. Of course I had to think of you! They’re gorgeous! Actually they’re quite heavy, but very amazing. They even had them in my size, but I resisted. I’m not very good with suede shoes (too high maintenance for me), but I’m sure you’d take very good care of them. Anyway, I don’t know if they deliver outside France, but just so you know they also have them ;-)
Oh, and I know what you mean about ‘Lanvin Plage’. German is one of the languages I speak ;-) Hope you’re having a lovely week so far!
