After searching and searching for the new LOUIS VUITTON cashmere scarf with the famous Stephen Sprouse leopard print in color brown I have finally found it in the LOUIS VUITTON shop in Stuttgart.
But let me tell you the whole story….
I went to the store to ask them for putting the names of my best friend and me on the miles long waiting list.
The shop assistant was veeeeeeeery friendly and completely gentle – to my surprise they’ve received three scarves some days ago which have been ordered by their clients. So they showed me one of them, I was able to touch it – and of course it was of the same softness like the leo printed LV scarf I was wearing around my neck (color black/white) ;)
So they’ve put me on the waiting list (for two scarves, remember – my best friend needs one scarf as well!!) and promised me to call me within the next two weeks.
Then I’ve asked the sales man who is called Mr. Laguna (wow!) for the direction of a restaurant called OGGI (very nice place with very delicious Italian food). He explained the way to me (8-10 minutes by feet) and said goodbye to me at the front door.
I’ve called my friend immediately to tell her the fabulous news and about the incredible friendly sales man Mr. Laguna from Louis Vuitton. Meanwhile I reached the restaurant and met my date there.
Ten minutes later Mr. Laguna showed up at the restaurant – to tell me that my mobile number wasn’t in the LV data, that’s why he wasn’t able to give me a call on my cell phone. One of the reservations quit on the LV leopard scarf – so I could come and pick it up same day or day after at the store!!!
WOW! I have never met a more perfect sales man in my whole life!!
When we went to LV on the next day – to my disappointment – Mr. Laguna wasn’t there – but his colleague Mr. Rogers wasn’t less friendly and wonderful supportive as Mr. Laguna. What a stunning and outstanding sales team!!!
If you’ll ever plan to go to Stuttgart – make sure to visit Mr. Laguna and Mr. Rogers at the local LOUIS VUITTON store!!
