Fashion could turn out into a political affront – impressively represented by Princess Fionas voice, Cameron Diaz while visiting a South American country a couple of days ago.

Cameron Diaz is showing interest into the landmarks of Peru while spending her holidays.

But she wasn’t aware of the political history of the country by chosing the perfect accessory:

a military green bag with a red star and Chinese letters.

These Chinese letters are very fashionable, indeed. But you better know what they mean BEFORE wearing them on a tshirt or a bag.

In case of Camerons bag they mean “serve the folk” which is the title of a communist song of revolution in the age of Mao Zedong.

The slogan by the leader of revolution is reminding the population of a very dark part in their history – of the guerilla warfare of the maoist movement “Sendero Luminoso” when more than 70.000 people killed in the 80ies.
